Daily Duties at Eastern Ribbon & Roll:

A full service provider of labels, shelf tags, tickets, receipt rolls, ATM rolls, laser toner cartridges, inkjet and impact ribbons to the retail, entertainment and consumer industries. • Ensuring the labels & tags product lines met revenues, profits and growth targets by constantly monitoring sales and production data and researching alternate suppliers. • Provided sales support answering technical questions and providing training and education to both our sales representatives and customers alike. • Prepared estimates for labels, cash receipt rolls, ribbons and cartridges, product specifications, and validated manufacturing standards for product line. • Input production work layouts and specifications detailing production process to be used by pre-press, production, and finishing departments using Radius’ Vision software. • Developed Excel spreadsheet used to prepare estimates. • Analyzed job specifications and requirements to determine appropriate layout to produce quality results while minimizing labor, paper and ink costs
