Responsible for direction, control and motivation of 4 supervisors, 2 thrift store clerks and 28 route distributors for southeastern Massachusetts, and all of Rhode Island. Responsible for running the everyday business for two distribution centers that contributes 15 million in sales. Always maintaining double digit growth. Manage P&L reports, aging reports, promotional calendars, as well as local key accounts.
