Went to both hospitals to obtain patients past medical history, explained to patient the risks and outcome of procedure being done, explained test results, assited Doctor in exam rooms and hospital, scheduled appointments for x-ray and procedures, explained prep for procedure, assisted Doctor with patient call backs, called in prescriptions, explained to patient how to take medicine and for how long and what the outcome should be, assisted Doctor with patients charts and filed the charts away, took phone calls from patients and helped them with their problems, would get certification on medicines for patients, called medicine companies to get free medicine for patients in need, called for x-ray or procedure test results and made sure the Doctor saw the reports.
