• Supported business systems & User groups ensuring SLA’s are achieved. • Managed & maintain system regime ensuring systems meet latest business & technological standards. • Managed project resources, timelines, budget (300K+) & business tasks throughout implementation and deployment of SAP Business One, XL Reporter, Netpoint, MS CRM 3.0 & MS SQL 2000. • SAP Modules included (FI, CO, HR, MM, SD, RFID, Reporting, Administration, Purchasing). • Created complex reports SAP R/3, B1, XL Reporter, MS SQL, project plans in MS Project and kept all reports/plans updated including resource allocation, duration of tasks, dependencies, critical tasks, etc. • Facilitated business meetings & served as liaison between business Executives, Technical Managers & software developers. • Gathered and updated business rules as well as developed and implemented new proposal processes. • Managed the deployment, implementation, revision, and general maintenance of the project lifecycle. • Worked closely with stakeholders ensuring project timelines, budget & Quality criteria are fulfilled. • Coordinate individual user training and development of procedures when required.
