•Designed weight and vision based occupant sensing systems with UG NX3 •Created multiple fixtures, brackets, and consoles for various vehicle implementations • Communicate with customers and suppliers to work out timing and design difficulties • Designed, rebuilt, and detailed parts across several vehicle platforms • Maintained revisions for various LDW and Weight Based Occupant Sensing platforms • Designed and integrated Lane Departure Warning system into Fiat platform for launch • Problem solved existing design integration difficulties • Was responsible for completing testing and reporting on testing for LDW production. • Completed GD&T Stacks and analysis of LDW module installation for production calibration • Was responsible for interfacing with the customer and ensuring that the customer drawings were completed properly •Designed products for injection molding, thixomolding and stamping •Completed packaging feasibility studies
