Daily Duties at Motorola Cellular Telephones:
• Conducted level IV electric board repairs • Assisted with all aspects of Motorola central lab management in Israel. • Performed as Technical Trainer of Motorola central lab • Created and defining technical training materials • Determined and created training process / materials and qualified the technicians with knowhow on performing level IV repairs with for all technologies: NAMPS, TDMA, GSM & CDMA • Experienced with various test sets such as: Agilent 8920B, Agilent 8924C, Agilent 896 as well as scopes and spectrum analyzers. • Project Manager managing all relevant products launches aspects. • Creating and defining timelines while working hand in hand with both customers and Mother Company in the US. • Managing HEBREW UI aspects • Creating, Defining and validating marketing activities / materials needed for product launch • Attending trade shows, Roadmaps presentations. • Managed customer expectations with engineering efforts and abilities while assuring full customer satisfaction. • Worked with the Israeli MOC (Ministry Of Communication) for carrying out local type approval to allow import of units into Israel. • Performing software evaluations including UI behavior, Web browser performance & support for newly introduced multimedia standards.
