Daily Duties at Home Office Solutions:
Responsible for answering customer questions about their warranty issues. Data entry for warranty issue, shipping and receiving of office chairs, repair of office chairs. Most of our warranty work was for Herman Miller Inc. and Steelcase. This included traveling to customers to repair their chairs. Also, traveled to different locations around the country to facilitate the purchase and shipment of used office furniture.
