Daily Duties at Sos Staffing:
Responsible for running 2 successful branches and was a selling branch manager with my quotas. Responsible for training, development of personnel, clients, prospects and P&L’s for those branches. • Market, promote, and placed employees with local, regional and national corporations. • Manage a 400+ account base including 62 major accounts. Personally responsible for 12 million dollars in sales. • Responsible for the daily management of both outside and inside sales staff. • Maintain aggressive follow-up procedures, service, and retention programs. • Increased profitability of existing accounts by 42%. Received quality and quota awards for 1999.
