Daily Duties at Olsten Staffing:
• Screened resumes for qualified candidates according to requirements for open positions for Administrative Support, Engineers, Technicians (Electrical, Mechanical, Welders & Fiber Glass), Assemblers, Shipping & Receiving, etc. • Phone screened candidates and scheduled personal interviews for qualified applicants with the HR Manager and Management Team. • Performed reference checks, arranged drug screenings, negotiated salaries, prepared offer letters, coordinated start dates, and ensured smooth transition for company entrance & exit interviews. Represented the company at local job fairs. Assisted HR Manager with revising and enforcing policies & procedures. Ensured all OSHA regulations were met and followed. Coordinated safety training. • Ensured compliance with Department of Labor and other Federal/State laws.
