Client types included Corporate (Fortune 100, Fortune 500), Private (start-ups & pre-IPO's), and Government Agencies/Defense Contractors/Military. • Interfaced with Middle and Upper level Management. • Developed and implemented creative recruitment strategies for current job openings. • Established strategic hiring objectives and requirements in accordance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulations. • Ensured compliance with Department of Labor and other Federal/State laws.
