Daily Duties at Hickory Farms:
Ran the Bangor Maine store for one year, then Opened and hired the Danvers store. After relocating to Danvers I turned over the Bangor store to my assistant. Hickory Farms waas known for its food products and the Danvers store was known for it's large commercial gift business. Each November we opened anywhere from two to three additional outlets to enhance store sales, training and hiring both permanent and temporary employees. The stores operated with 10-15 during the off season ans swelled to 50-80 for the holidays. These stores were known for Lease Line sales promoting new products. We were the first major outlet of Lindt Chocolates, Gourmet Coffees including Kona and numerous cheeses and meat products.
