Daily Duties at White Oak Investments:

• Full-charge responsibility for management of restaurant holding company • Designed and implemented controls to reduce product cost and eliminate waste in inventory management system • Developed new menu items and coordinated all facets of product implementation including initial formulation and costing, market pricing, point-of-sale merchandising, suggestive selling, and retraining of employees. Designed logo, menus, and collaterals • Developed successful catering operation, including multiple commercial accounts as secondary revenue stream. Sold catering services to businesses using cold calls • Constructed comprehensive budgets, tracked variable costs and expenses, monitored cash flow requirements and capital asset needs, and trained and developed staff
