Daily Duties at Claremont Toyota:
§ Broad experience in all phases of the sales cycle, from concept through development and marketing. § Manage team operations and sales targets though sales training meetings. § Implement effective closing techniques and achieve high closing ratios. § Assists individual sales consultants in setting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals and provide them with the support to meet the goals. § Coach, train and monitor the performance of sales consultants. § Develop, implement, and monitor a follow-up system. § Ensure that sales consultants are informed of all new inventory and current advertising efforts, including special sales. § Maintain contact with existing and future customers. § Recruit, hire and train employees to consistently exceed revenue goals. § Ability to capitalize effectively on new business opportunities outside traditional channels. Accomplishments: § Achieved sales growth and increased closing ratio by 23% § Awarded Top Sales Manager of the month § Managed and trained two teams to develop effective sales and closing techniques.
