• Researched best practice standards for the management and maintenance of data used in labeling processes in the company’s North American assembly plants as part of two-person consulting team • Analyzed current data creation and management processes throughout plant/warehouse/office environments and identified priority projects for CIO and senior IT staff • Identified five priority projects, with one later developed into functional prototype system to streamline and simplify current data handling procedures while maintaining high accuracy and productivity in manufacturing processes.
