Daily Duties at Women's Foodservice Forum:
Position responsible for the effective and efficient operations for the organization and oversaw the facilities office services and organizations staff and leadership. Served as the primary human resource expert for 18 staff members responsible for creating and monitoring the Human Resource Policies and Procedures to ensure that WFF was in compliance. Provided and oversaw Customer service for organizations Board of Directors, over 400 volunteers, 3,700 members and staff. Responsibilities also included interfacing with office vendors and building property management. • New office setup, vendor relationships within cost controls of non-profit environment. • Managed all office vendors/building property management relationships to optimize organizations needs. • Evaluated office production, procedure revisions, and/or devised new forms to improve efficiency of workflow. • Directed activities relating to personnel rules and regulations, staffing, employee education, workers compensation administration, benefits administration, and new and terminated employee administration. • Accurate tracking of employee vacations and personnel files and processing of benefits forms. • Workshops to ensure Employee Policies and Procedures were in compliance with laws and were competitive. • Backup support to Events Management for national conference for over 3,000 attendees with 40+ educational workshops.
