• Implemented Six Sigma (DMAIC methodology) and Lean manufacturing concepts such as Kanban, Kaizen,5-S Technique for continuous process improvement and reduced manufacturing costs. • Prepared Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Process flow charts.Knowledge of APQP,PPAP and ISO 9001. • Implemented Quality tools such as Statistical Process control, FMEA, Pareto analysis and Fish bone diagram for root cause analysis. Conducted Process capability studies and 8D problem solving for process improvement. • Performed Time and Methods studies and MOST to minimize any waste in unnecessary motion. • Plant layout design using AutoCAD and involved in line balancing of assembly lines.
