 Makes and process Purchase Orders of Subcontractors Parts based on Purchase Request and Load Plan  Monitors stocks’ inventory needed in production  Handles suppliers’ application and accreditation  Handles Subcontractor deliveries  Makes simulation of Materials and parts for delivery based on Customer’s Production Plan  Makes Request for Payment for the delivery transaction of suppliers  Monitors Purchase Order Balance  Provides information and inter-office memos  Coordinate timely completion of orders with Production Supervisors  Work with all level of management to achieve Department Goals and objectives.
