Daily Duties at Ami Phils.:
Trains, orients and evaluates workers periodically. Submits Performance Appraisal Report to immediate superior for review. Determines training needs of operators. Ensures the proper implementation of rules and regulations and gives coaching and counseling to operators, if necessary. Monitors output and quality of each respective group / worker. Conducts short meetings with concerned personnel regarding quality, productivity, safety, security and other pertinent matters.
