Daily Duties at Eta Ascon:

 Performing quantity take – offs & pricing for multi-million dollar heavy infrastructure programs  Assist in analyzing the entire project & make estimations for quantity of materials & labor that will be required for completing the project.  Assist in analyzing design documents, specifications & report writing.  Assist in dealing with post contract cost variances & the change control processes.  Preparing quantity & cost reports and submit to manager.  Assist in obtaining quotations from subcontractors & compare the rates & credentials.  Quantity Take-off as per Tender/Construction/Shop Drawings  Comparison of Quantities of different drawings  Check all the Payment Applications of the S/Contractors & Suppliers & prepare the Payment Certificates for the remaining & the final Payments.  Incorporate the changes in drawings found during site measurements for As-Built Drawings.  Doing the necessary works required to address Variations
