•Provide support to upper management and sales team in a fast paced environment •Communicate and work closely with District Sales Assistant, District Manager, as well as Customer Service and Collections to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction •Maintain professionalism while using problem solving skills to actively seek solutions for difficult situations; answer or refer customer inquiries •Remain proactive while paying close attention to detail in order to prevent any potential errors and ensure compliance •Cross-sell appropriate products and services to meet individual needs; offer the right product at the right time •Update and maintain records, accounts, and calendar of appointments •Ensure supplies are ordered, pay all bills, and verify branch marketing materials are current •Log and audit accounting entries on daily basis and reconcile at end of month by analyzing production reports •Process and prepare mortgages and personal loan documents; review for accuracy before and after package completion •Comply with all federal and state laws; follow corporate policies •Process payments •Manage confidential information discreetly and notarize legal documents •Assist branch manager in performing duties including audit of prior month’s production
