Daily Duties at Weingart Center Association:
Coordinated enrollment of eligible employees in company benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and 401(k). Facilitated annual Benefits Open Enrollment process. Reviewed invoices and correspondence from third parties (such as insurance companies and vendors) and resolved any discrepancies and inquiries. Provided assistance with recruitment and staffing, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducted phone screenings, scheduled interviews and completed pre - employment background checks. Handled all Workers Compensation claims and Leave of Absence requests, such as FMLA and CFRA.
