• Supervised a team of examiners that successfully processed (HMO) claims allowing the company transition period. Exit successful by reduction to the inventory by 90%. • Supervised a dedicated customer service unit of 20 reps setting average speed of answer goals to 20 seconds • Coordinated movement of claim adjustments to processing teams for claim corrections needed which reduced adjustment time to 24 hour turn around • Interviewed, trained and supervised data entry unit (OCR), which included developing guidelines that reduced data entry production allowing more effective time management for claim processors. • Recruited and trained 2 team leaders to managers to allow more even distribution of work to increase productivity for team members. • Coordinated transfer of local business from Magnet system to Wellpoint Management System (WMS) setting up system routing for work to be directed to correct work units. Increase in productivity for examiners as it reduced the need to search for work. • Developed training classes for new examiners by collaborating with other office trainers in creating training manual for organization to assure more consistent guidelines creating new audit procedures to correlate with new system • Evaluated staff providing continuous feed back on individual goal setting to maintain quality and production to attain corporate goals
