Manage the Southwest Region providing Sales and Service to increase revenue from sale of Cost Containment Products. • Provide training on products and services to level 1, 2 & 3 Insures • Specialized training in Medicare Set Asides & Life Care Planning for Workers Compensation, Liability, Jones Act, and Longshore Settlements. • Provide training on SCHIP Legislation. • Increased productivity in Louisiana region by 50% • Maintained current relationships with current clients while strengthening loyalty • Build and maintain working relationships with workers’ compensation and liability carriers, third party administrators and self insured corporations in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Colorado and New Mexico to ensure penetration of referrals. • Coordinate activities and support Account Managers to maintain exceptional relationships with clients. • Act as liaison between clients and company to ensure complete satisfaction. • Monitor and analyze actual sales compared to forecasted goals.
