Account Manager May 2000 to August 2002 Developed and implemented market strategies to suit clients’ individual goal for Yellow Pages advertising program by establishing appropriate criteria. Provided customer service and support to clients for their individual advertising program. Accessed usage information, competitor analyses and recommendations for specific markets. Participated in development of client database used to monitor advertising spending, identify dealers to be solicited, identify dealers’ individual locations and maintain contact information. Account Coordinator September 1999 to May 2000 Coordinated with Account Manager to maintain clients’ individual advertising programs by processing all changes to their current programs while providing customer service. Identified opportunities in new markets, ordered required artwork and processed billing. Assisted with the development of market plans and strategies for each client. Verified and updated each location address and telephone number to be listed in directory assistance for U.S. and Canada in over 300 markets.
