Daily Duties at Wahlstrom Group:

Account Supervisor April 2007 to Present Managed the implementation, coordination, and timely completion of all activities performed by the account group while supervising the account group staff. Field questions and resolve problems of the account group members related to the servicing of account and procedural issues. Organize and provide support and backup for all account group members. Supervise an account team by administering, organizing, and implementing changes and updates to the client’s advertising program. Train new personnel on assigned accounts and responsibilities. Conduct annual performance reviews and interview prospective staff. Serve as an intermediary for information flow between account group members and Account Manager. Developed and implemented an auditing process that minimizes the number of agency errors. Senior Account Executive April 2006 to April 2007 Functioned autonomously and assumes some of the responsibility and duties normally handled by the Account Supervisor. Maintained effective client contact and communication while implementing and coordinating client projects. Coordinated the development of annual client budgets and maintain effective budget control. Developed effective account procedures and conduct periodic reviews of procedures to increase efficiency and productivity. Maintained documentation of program guidelines for each account and being able to outline details of each account. Account Executive May 2003 to April 2006 Maintained a working knowledge of account operation procedures, and a comprehensive understanding of each client’s organization and business. Provided customer service and support to clients for their individual advertising program. Accessed usage information, competitor analyses and recommendations for specific markets. Developed and implemented market strategies to suit clients’ individual goal for Yellow Pages advertising program by establishing appropriate criteria. Assisted with the coordination and follow through of all account activities such as the maintenance of account records in the AS400 and CRM systems. Prepared client monthly/quarterly/annual reports for their advertising program. Worked closely with team members to coordinate client requests. Conducted periodic review of account procedures to actively increase the efficiency and productivity of each account.
