• Responsible for collecting, categorizing and analyzing production loss data and reporting findings to reduce or eliminate costs. Accountable for meeting and optimizing the production plan and dealing with day to day target gaps. • Introduced a series of productivity improvement, process reengineering, cost reduction and performance management programs that improve production output, product quality and customer satisfaction. One productivity improvement resulted in savings of over $500,000 annually
