Daily Duties at Union Beverage Packers Llc.:
•Test Blending Water for Hardness,Alkalinity,pH,TDS,Taste,Odor,color and Chlorine Residue. •Check the ingredients and batch. •Check product in holding tank prior for release on filling for: Brix,TA,pH,Taste,color,odor. •Prepare all paperwork concerning the product,that is going to run,and pallet tags for forklift driver. •Take a hot and cold sample off the line and check for Vacuum,Pasteurization and bottle temperature. •Check the net weights on a calibrated scale for 5 bottles after the cooling tunnel and one additional cold bottle for Vacuum testing. •Check grade and amount of sugar being delivered.
