Daily Duties at Community Savings Federal Credit Union:
Collection Manager Responsible for all credit union collection decisions and actions, including: •auto appraisal and auction •charged-off account management •legal action •loan extension agreements •repossession and foreclosure •estate claims •property liens •auto and disability insurance claims •wage garnishment •filing bankruptcy claims and reaffirmations Maintain and update Collection policies and procedures manual Train, assist and manage Collection Dept staff Prepare and analyze monthly reports for the Board of Directors
