Daily Duties at Southern Wine & Spirits Of America:

As Creative Director, Media Services, I: • Design, user interface, coordination, management, and deployment of enterprise wide solutions including .Net driven public facing websites with content management systems, business-to-business site, intranet, and sales force automation for the largest alcoholic beverage distributor in the U.S. • Interface with local business units, customers, and suppliers to meet local regulatory requirements and create a positive relationship with executives throughout the nation. • Accomplishments include a unified standard look and feel for the nation as well as deploying and designing a B2B selling channel that brought in over $10 million nationally. Also designed and deployed an intranet that helped reduce printing costs saving the company 6 figures annually. Wrote proposals and business specifications for forward-thinking solutions like consumer product locaters. • Managed projects and team, mentored designers, created workflow through task lists, reports, QA (load and regression testing), demos, project presentations, brand kick-offs, knowledge transfers, print work, e-mail marketing, research & development. • Coordinated enhancements, wrote business requirements and functional specifications for applications and gathered approval by performing user-acceptance testing. • Handled all design, layout, look and feel, defined design criteria, logo development, brand identity, and brand building to ensure successful programs through a mix of all marketing elements. http://www.SouthernWine.com, http://www.SouthernWineOnline.com (B2B)
