National Director of Logistics & Transportation Rapidly expanding 275 store retail / import clothing chain (now in chapter 11 liquidation) Assisted in task to reorganize transportation & distribution system Personally directed all trucking for 230 new stores opened during 2004 – 2008 each new store required 20-25 truck loads delivered in specific order in limited time frame Negotiated new truck load and LTL rate agreements Closely coordinated cargo movement in & out of company warehouse from domestic suppliers directly to warehouse or direct distribution to the individual stores Directed 7,000 full truck movements during 2006
