Daily Duties at Wal Mart:

Oversee all apparel departments and department managers. Responsible for profit and loss, department layouts, hiring, terminating, and disciplining of employees. Handle vendor relations. Listen to employees regarding feedback, suggestions, ideas and implement where appropriate. Work with the highest degree of ethics and integrity. Resolve customer as well as employee issues. Strive for a well-rounded team, looking to promote and develop employees on all levels. Report to assistant store level manager.
