Human Resources Department Human Resources Analyst/Generalist/Specialist/Representative Staffing Administration/Management: • Responsible for the entire New Hire process for the Corporate Offices of over 300 personnel including: Orientation, Drug Testing and DAT Background Checks • Generated offer letters and job descriptions for Internet/Newspaper Postings. • Data Management Coordinator of HRIS/JD Edwards • Responsible for personnel and payroll records. • Assigned as Temporary Staffing Coordinator. • Responsible for records retention of over 300 corporate files for: Personnel, ISO 9000 Training files and EE0-1 & Vets Compensation Administration: • Development and implementation of compensation (stock options, merit, & bonus) analysis programs which were consistent with business strategies.
