2007 - Ethics Department Office Administrator • Prepared travel agendas and employee expense reports • Responsible for efficient agenda correspondence • Assisted two Directors 2003 – 2007 - Human Resources Department HR Assistant • Member of the Reward and Recognition Team for 15,000 employees, which was tasked to optimize inventory budget planning and create a certificate and voucher program. • Responsible for records management of personnel files for 72,000 employees working across 24 domestic & foreign subsidiaries. • Assigned Safety Focal Trainer and OSHA Representative tasked with metric tracking and office safety training and inspection. Accomplished a level of 100% participation. • Generated HRIS/PeopleSoft Reports to obtain personnel information and management analysis for a department of 112 employees. • Entrusted with the Customer Service Survey Program, which concluded with a 93% overall satisfaction rate from internal clients. • Tasked with editing the department newsletter, which was aimed at keeping the internal HR community informed of developmental procedure changes.
