Daily Duties at Crestron:
Supervisor of 5 Board Group Top Technicians, 1 IC programmer and 5 BGA/SMT rework center. Helped produdction line with issues that had bought the line to a halt, repairs, troubleshooting and rework of many different boards. Made sure any rework that technicians and engineering needed was completed quickly and efficently. Responsible for any boards that were escalated to the Board group were being tested , programmed and repaired as needed to be put back into stock . Would use SAP to do several functions of my position.
