Daily Duties at Compass Insurance:
• Account Manager for Small Groups(under 50 lives); coordinate and assist with renewals/open enrollment, changing carriers, claims problems, etc. as needed • Work directly with carrier reps as needed with dispute resolution • Create/maintain Zywave websites (MyWave and HRconnection) • Provide clients/prospects with Zywave demonstrations as necessary • Create brochures for clients outlining their employee benefits as requested
