• Processed all data changes in HRIS system, including job changes, salary changes, new hires, transfers, and terminations • Created offer letters and sent out new hire packets, tracked all new hires coming on board • Conducted new hire orientation • Created monthly headcount report for senior staff • Collected employee forms kept employee files up to date • Helped organize company events and meetings • Administered tuition reimbursement program • Collected and tracked I-9 forms
