Daily Duties at Brocade :

• Supported a high-volume recruiting team, which included scheduling phone and onsite interviews, organizing candidate travel arrangements, initiating background checks, processing and auditing candidate reimbursements, and preparing and processing offers. • Implemented and tracked employee referral program for the University Recruiting team • Managed and organize specific College day events; making travel arrangements, prepared interview packets, set-up onsite interviews, and serving as main point of contact to prospective college hires during the events. • Communicated professionally, tactfully and with the utmost diplomacy at all times, treating all candidates with respect and maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.

Less important to you are stability of the organization, the length of time an organization has been in business, and the business' plans for the future. You prefer a fast-moving company that will take risks to achieve its goals and objectives. The length of time the company has been in business is irrelevant. Maintaining status quo is unnecessary. You thrive on change, uncertainty and the upside of potential business risks, especially those associated with innovation. Stability for the long haul is not nearly as important as is working in an atmosphere that is charged with a sense of urgency and constant change.
