I worked for the Liberty Mutual Group as a Sr. Account Rep. in WI for 3.5 years before transferring internally to work for Wausau Signature Agency a Liberty owned company. I worked initially in the field as an Account Rep. in MS before being promoted to the Director of Sales position in Brentwood. As a Director of Sales I hired, trained, coached a multi-state sales force in TN, AL and MS. I assisted in prospecting, new business sales and the renewal of existing clients. I did planning, forecasting and reported to the Zone VP who was directly under the CEO.
