Daily Duties at Sprint:
PROJECT MANAGEMENT Manage system development of company including future enhancement options, while providing detailed tracking and communication of project status to upper management Prioritize and forecast funding for complex projects resulting in sound fiscal management Successfully directed the creation and development of the COBRA Database, which housed information and statuses of all projects being worked within Wireline Billing CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS Promote seamless focus across departments throughout the collaborative process, target key initiatives within department, and facilitate meetings with internal groups to review goals and manage progress Interfaced with upper-level management and key team leaders to reconcile a $4 Million account, redefined original script to require more information resulting in acquiring all necessary account information to ensure accurate contractual and pricing implementation LEADERSHIP Successfully manage WBO Internal Customer Relationship Building projects through surveys, research, and identification of relationship weaknesses, develop strategies aimed at diminishing weaknesses in order to facilitate better working relationships Coordinate and track employee development training within the department by locating, testing, approving, and suggesting appropriate coursework Seamlessly and successfully assumed leadership in the role of SOX Administrator with little direction, ensured compliance through detailed tracking, and interfaced with control owners to remedy issues INTRANET SITE MANAGEMENT Develop and manage Wireless Billing Intranet site and ensure information is updated accurately while remaining relevant to the customer base Receive and supply company-wide access requests to Doc Share Demonstrated in-depth scope of knowledge across multiple departments while designing the re-write of the SPRB IMPL Script e-form which enhanced the accuracy and implementation of contracts, training documents, and appropriate resources while incorporating cross-functional teams including Account Sales and stakeholders KEY ACHIEVEMENTS Developed department-wide initiative to get connected with internal customers, met with supervisors to pinpoint key customer targets, created surveys to gauge interaction, then developed plans geared on focusing efforts towards correcting areas of concern resulting in meeting target improvement score Created a function analysis and acronym listing utilized within and outside the department in order to increase understanding across departments
