Daily Duties at Hi Wired, Inc.:
Human Resources Manager - Developed, implemented and managed human resources function in a fast-paced technology start-up environment. Accomplishments ranged from the development of recruiting and employment practices to the development of performance evaluation procedures and documentation. Managed benefits administration including needs assessment, provider selection and open enrollment. Heavy emphasis on employee relations and performance management initiatives including management coaching and retention issues. Managed and facilitated reductions-in-force and subsequent employee communications and support.
