Daily Duties at Datacom Textron:
Assistant to the President and seven executive staff members. Provided phone support, word processing, and assisted with personal/confidential issues. Organized and maintained National Sales Rep contracts. Coordinated all aspects of corporate travel, catering and meeting planning. Assisted with accounting activities. Produced weekly and monthly reports from executive staff to President. Coordinated and managed a variety of office activities such as moves, company functions, etc.
