Daily Duties at Tek Systems:
Managed multiple, business-critical, .NET applications in a stage/test environment and a 24x7 production environment. Worked successfully with multiple development teams to the coordinate the deployment of their application code to these environments. My support includes the SME responsibility for a number of Gold level applications. I am the direct interface for the development teams, project manages and the IT managers. I troubleshoot all product related production and staging issues at all severity levels. I perform all code update/ release functions and coordinate all release activities with the change management team. I worked with the development teams to review the event logs to stabilize and debug applications. Reviewed IIS installation, configuration and website deployment methods and championed methods of improving same.
