• Assisted customers with inquiries and resolved potential customer service issues. • Activate/Deactivate employee badges; Update data base using PC software. • Act as Central Desk Officer • Operate and monitor Security Control Panel Alarms/Equipment • Respond to Mobile Unit/Investigate situations reported to Central Desk. • Operate computer-aided dispatch system • Process and Respond to Incoming Emergency calls from Baxter Employees • Dispatch Police, Fire & Ambulance as needed • After hours shipping/receiving for UPS, FEDEX etc. • Administrative Duties • Data Entry
