Daily Duties at Azur, Inc.:
• Developed and executed test plans for internet capture and wireless retrieval application • Mentored and trained junior QA staff in testing techniques and defect tracking • Created HTML based document tracking system for reference, training and marketing. This system was used by all departments as a resource for development and sales. • Responsible for installation of Windows NT and Windows 2000 Server, Workstation and Professional on Test Lab machines, creation and maintenance of test images in Norton Ghost • Assisted in creating customer demos of product including setup of wireless PDA’s, voice synthesis retrieval, WAP phones, pagers. • Analyzed system, wrote documentation on client-side architecture of clipping application • Transferred Excel-based test plans to Test Case Manager system, developed metrics • Captured screen shots, created graphics for HTML-based application online help
