Responsible for all quality processes, resources and scheduling for multiple enterprise-level hosted applications, including shipping management, automated document creation and event-based risk management systems in 5 verticals: High Tech, Retail, Automotive, Finance and Government. Certify quality of applications processing over 12.5 million transactions per day for multibillion-dollar clients in all continents and time zones. • Direct activities and coordinate planning for 25 QA Engineers in San Mateo, CA and Jaipur, India, allowing a 24-hour development cycle including automated regression, performance and scalability testing. • Integrate Development and QA staff from several acquired companies into small team networks to allowing parallel creation of projects in a Agile Development model • Institute process-oriented project management using multidisciplinary teams with standardized deliverables and communication structure. • Specify quality goals and metrics for all products, worked with Product Management, Technical Services and Engineering in creation of test plans and project schedules. • Project staffing and training needs based on known productivity rates in a structured, process-driven environment. • Co-Developed standardized release process and schedule with Director of Ops. Release multiple products simultaneously with coordination of global customer base work schedules. • Coordinate load, stress and functional testing of new collocation facilities and disaster recovery site. • Introduced SilkTest ® and Silk Performer® test automation, specified data-driven test modules which adapt quickly to changes in code and functionality. • Work closely with development to improve process of individual unit testing and integration testing prior to handoff to test • Instituted daily builds to optimize fixed to found rate, minimize regressive defects. • Maintain internal and public quality status reports, bug lists and defect distribution matrices, assist in production of Release Notes and Known Issues FAQ’s
