POLICY DEVELOPMENT – Developed training, employee discipline, job posting, drug/alcohol abuse and sexual harassment policies. LABOR LAW - taught sexual harassment classes and successfully defended firm in a sexual harassment claim before Department of Human Rights. TRAINING – Established supervisory training and development program, conducted classes and led monthly roundtable discussions on HR related topics. HRIS – Developed and implemented Spectrum 1200 Human Resource Information System.
