Worked as a professional recruiter at - Northrop, Vasquez Management Consultants EAP, and Wonderlic • Northrop – personally delivered a national search and the placement of 90 SW programmers over a 9 month period. • Vasquez Management Consultants EAP – recruited and hired over 25 employee assistance program counselors at US Post Office location in eight states. • Wonderlic – developed a phone based application called “Phone Ap” with Charlie Wonderlic; the product launched successfully and is still in use today.
