Daily Duties at Successfactors, Inc.:
Supervised onshore and offshore QA teams for two product groups in a rapid development agile environment. Successfactors has customers in 190 countries and provides Human Resource applications spanning recruiting, goal setting, performance evaluation and compensation. • Established consistent test case management metrics across all QA activities • Developed critical status reporting to Project management, Engineering and Executive staff • Coordinated all QA efforts to ensure deadlines were met and engineers had manageable workloads • Evaluated QA team performance and individual contributions to match strategic company goals • Managed new feature and regression testing to ensure product releases met or exceeded company standards in a four week release cycle.
