Daily Duties at Del Jen, Inc.:
• Design, establish, and schedule automated reports through Cognos BI tools • Ensure data integrity of Oracle databases, assist with creating database security roles • Facilitated change management to Maximo system (java edits in WebLogic, database configuration changes in Oracle 9i) • Designed, documented, and trained on security for Maximo and ACT! • Responsible for the research, procurement, and training of various software applications to fit changing business requirements • Implement and conduct training for ACT!2000 and WiredContact for 20 regional offices • Project administrator for implementation of new modules of Computer Management Maintenance System (MP2 V6.0 for Oracle and Maximo 5.2) at several contract sites • Nationwide travel to conduct training sessions for Maximo V5.2, MP2 V6.0 Oracle, Bartender, and all Microsoft Office applications • Answer, solve, troubleshot, and document all software help desk calls. • Assisted with keeping all hardware and software up to date • Research, Procure, Design and implement bar coding prototype and Norstar telephone system • Create, proofread, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures documentation for the corporate office and all contract sites that included the network topology, security guidelines/rules, hardware configurations, and software inventory as well as operating procedures • Investigated use of all modules in Maximo and MP2 • Map and translate business requirement into technical specification • Used competitive bidding process for procurement • Pulled business process requirements through physical government contracts
