Daily Duties at Ponvia:

• Gather and investigate user requirements from business for enhancements to the current enterprise reporting system using Siebel Analytics • Identify and resolve business problems and application issues, triage all applicable teams to resolve issues • Prepare business requirements documentation, design documentation, application support documentation, escalation procedure documentation, and test cases • Facilitate change management process as deemed by corporate BTS • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and post implementation validation • Recommend best practices for reporting and data analysis • Prioritize and handle production support issues through OnTrak tickets, Service Calls, and Incidents • Handle all communication from our team to the application users, stakeholders, external vendors, other technical teams, and the business including response and resolutions, outages and maintenance windows, planned and unplanned outages
